1. What has changed?

Marble has assigned your payment plan to Flare RIC, our financial servicing partner. This change will not have any impact on your legal services from Marble.

2. What does this change mean for me? 

This means Flare RIC now owns and processes your payment plan. There is no action needed from you, but please be aware that future communications about your payment plan will come from Flare RIC, and your bank and credit card statements will show Flare RIC - not Marble - when payments are made.  

3. Where do I see information about my payment? 

You can still see information about your plan, update your payment method, and complete payments in Marble Home. 

4. How can I ask questions about my payment plan?
