What are the K-1 visa
requirements?
Sponsor
The K-1 sponsor must be a US citizen.
Proof
You'll need proof that the two of you have met in person - within the past two years.
Deadline
You must marry within 90 days of entry.
Income
You'll need to demonstrate a minimum household income of $26,430.
Eligibility
