Bernadene Rodriguez is an attorney with over three decades of experience. Bernadene started her career at Legal Aid of Dade County, providing low-income individuals and families with legal representation in family law matters. She developed a passion for helping families find reasonable solutions, even in the midst of crisis situations.
Bernadene began practicing immigration law after working at a South Florida-based personal injury firm, where she assisted a large immigrant client base with immigration needs in order to better support their injury, malpractice, and discrimination cases. In 1999, she founded her own firm, The Law Offices of Bernadene A. Rodriguez, P.A., with a specific focus on serving immigration communities.
Over the years, she has represented thousands of clients and remains active in her local immigrant community through citizenship drives and volunteer work with organizations such as the Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC) and Seafarer’s House. She completed undergraduate studies at the The College of New Rochelle, graduating cum laude; obtained her master’s degree from Columbia University; and an JD, also cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida State Bar Association.
